40 Hours Per Week, Full Benefits Offered

Candidates must possess the following skills:
·         Must be able to read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently
·         Experience working directlly with and assisting company executives
·         Efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
·         Ability to handle and maintain confidential company information
·         Excellent experience and skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
·         Excellent typing skills - 50 wpm
·         Ability to work in a multi-task environment
·         Excellent communication, phone, mathematical, and organizational skills
·         High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
·         Must be 18 years or older to apply
